High-capacity open-cast iron ore mining operation supplying premium ore to steel plants
Navulatti Iron Ore Mine
ERM Group acquired the Navulatti mining block in Ballari District, Karnataka, through the e-auction conducted by the Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Karnataka.
The iron ore in this mine is of high quality, meeting the requirements of the steel industry. As a brownfield mining project, it benefits from established ground knowledge and infrastructure in one of India's premier iron ore belts.
The project is currently in the process of obtaining statutory clearances from Government agencies, after which operations will be developed to the same scientific, 5-Star standard proven at the John Iron Ore Mine.
