Janehar Iron Ore Mine
ERM Group acquired the Janehar mining block in Tumkur District, Karnataka, through the e-auction conducted by the Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Karnataka.
It is a brownfield mining project, currently in the process of obtaining statutory clearances from the Government agencies.
Once operational, this mine will supply the quality iron ore requirement of group's captive steel plants. — strengthening raw material security across the value chain.
