Spread across 74 acres in Bhadravathi Taluk, Shivamogga District, Karnataka, the facility is an integrated steel manufacturing unit combining advanced production capabilities with sustainable practices. The plant features a modern TMT rolling mill producing high-quality rebars conforming to BIS standards for Fe500 and Fe550 grades. These rebars, available in sizes from 8 mm to 32 mm, are known for their superior strength and reliability, making them well-suited for diverse construction applications.

Strengthening its backward integration, the facility includes a Steel Melting Shop (SMS) equipped with an induction furnace for the production of MS billets. Utilizing DRI sourced from the Group's operations, the billets ensure consistent quality and are further processed into premium TMT rebars widely used by leading construction companies.

Aligned with its commitment to environmental responsibility, the plant has invested significantly in renewable energy. Through a phased solar power initiative — beginning at 1.4 MW and expanding in stages — the facility now operates with a total installed solar capacity of 20 MW, contributing to energy efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint.
