Health Nurturing Well-being — making better healthcare facilities available and accessible.
Healthy communities are the foundation of sustainable progress. We improve access to quality healthcare for rural and underserved communities through preventive care, timely medical support, health awareness and outreach programmes.

- Services in general medicine, ophthalmology, orthopaedics and other specialties
- Financial assistance for underprivileged patients requiring treatment
- Hearing aid distribution for beneficiaries with hearing impairment

- Ambulance services donated to strengthen emergency healthcare access
- Three PSA Oxygen Generation Plants donated to hospitals
- 500-bed COVID Care Centres established during the pandemic
- Contributions to the PM CARES Fund and Karnataka CM Relief Fund

Safe Drinking Water and Sanitation
Life without water is impossible. Save water. Save life — quenching thirst, uplifting lives.
Clean water and safe sanitation are essential for public health and dignity. We improve water security and hygiene through reliable drinking water systems, purification facilities, sanitation infrastructure and awareness programmes.
Know more- 1000 LPH RO plants in Tanigehalli, Kagalagere, D. Medikeripura and B. Durga villages — benefiting over 1,500 families for more than 15 years
- 6 RO plants (500/1000 LPH) at educational institutions under Sri Taralabalu Jagadguru Brihanmath, Sirigere
- Drinking water pipeline projects in Megalahalli and Kadleguddu villages
- Construction of water storage tanks and village water supply systems
- Irrigation and water conservation support initiatives
- 367 household toilets constructed in D. Medikeripura village
